On The Level’s owner, Joe Alsvary, has been involved in all areas of residential construction for over 30 years. As a small business owner, he began in central Pennsylvania with renovations, restorations, remodels, land development and new construction.
Joe received letters of thanks from the Mayor of the City of Harrisburg and the town of Carlisle, Pennsylvania for his renovation and restoration work. He also spent some time working with two local architects on architectural design and renderings.
In 1991 Joe moved to Colorado and continued building. He enjoys working on older historical homes in the Denver Area and continues working on various construction projects in the Rocky Mountains.
The majority of Joe’s work currently is in the purchasing, renovation and restoration of distressed houses that are then sold on the open market. In between restoration houses he fills his schedule with remodeling and renovation projects for a loyal circle of clients.
Joe continues to be hands on and still does all of the design and portions of the building work himself on most projects and hires out hand- picked professionals to help out when needed.
Joe is also a Nationally Certified Home Inspector and specializes in older homes located anywhere in Colorado. His love and knowledge of the history of residential structures has proven helpful to many people.
Joe has completed International Residential Code (IRC) testing and certification by the International Code Council (ICC). Originally licensed in Jefferson County, Colorado, he has also become fully licensed in the City of Denver and most of the surrounding towns, cities and counties.
